Sign up for the  Rising Hearts x ReNew Earth Running TRUTHSGIVING virtual 4 miler to support our efforts in informing every participant about what Truthsgiving is and means through the lens of our collective, and gain a new perspective, rather than celebrating so-called Thanksgiving for the reasons we grew up knowing from textbooks and inaccurate historical accounts.  Expand your knowledge and become an ally/friend with Indigenous Peoples.  We hope to offer new perspectives and alternatives to how you participate on this day, and also give more visibility and support those in the #LandBack movement and work, to uphold Indigenous sovereignty, Treaty rights, and protect the lands where Indigenous knowledge can care, protect, preserve, and restore the lands we stand and run with. We will be donating to NDN Collective and the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and community. They are who we know of when we talk about “Thanksgiving.” And for them and many, this marks the Day of Mourning.

November is Native and Alaska Native Heritage Month - please remember that you can be an ally and co-conspirator everyday of the year and your support can go beyond just Indigenous Peoples Day and NAHM for November.  We can celebrate, honor, uplift, and amplify Indigeneity and Indigenous Peoples everyday and any day.
